Market) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2 October 2015 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3931

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Regulations 2004.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

AEMO means the Australian Energy Market Operator
(ACN 072 010 327);

5.            Regulation 21 amended

(1)	In regulation 21(1)(a) delete "2004" and insert:
2004, the Australian Energy Market Operator (Functions) Regulations 2015
(2)	After regulation 21(1) insert:

(2A) Costs submitted by the AEMO in relation to

performing functions under the Australian Energy
Market Operator (Functions) Regulations 2015 must
not relate to functions under the Gas Services
