Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2013.

Note:  Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations
come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Amendment Regulations 2013.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 after “(Wholesale” insert:

Electricity
