Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.              Citation

These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) A wendsuent Regu/wions 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	th e rest of the regulations on 1 June 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Market) Regulations 2004.

(1)	In Schedule 2 clause I in the Table delete these items:

(2)	In Schedule 2 clause I in the Table insert in numerical order:
