Market) Amendment Regulations 2012

Made by the Governoi , in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Arniendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.              Regulations arnendecl

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Repiltuions 200.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 clause I delete the Table and insert:
