(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Electricity Industry (Wholesale Electricity

Market) Amendment Regulations 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Amendment Regulations 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Electricity Market) Regulations 2004.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 delete the rows relating to:
Appendix 8 rule 3.2A Appendix 8 rule 3.2B Appendix 8 rule 4.2
Appendix 8 rule 4.3 Appendix 8 rule 5.9(b) Appendix 8 rule 5.11 Appendix 8 rule 5.16 Appendix 8 rule A2.2 Appendix 8 rule A2.12 Appendix 8 rule A5.6A Appendix 8 rule A6.56

(2) In Schedule 1 insert in numerical order:

cl. 4.13.3	B	first contravention: $25 000 plus a daily amount of $5 000 subsequent contraventions: $50 000 plus a daily amount of $10 000
cl. 4.13.4	B	first contravention: $25 000 plus a daily amount of $5 000 subsequent contraventions: $50 000 plus a daily amount of $10 000

5.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 clause 1 in the Table delete these provisions:
