Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Act 1997 .30 October 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 21 rescinded Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded. 5Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Amendment Regulations 2000 rescindedThe Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Amendment Regulations 2000 are rescinded.
