These Regulations were impliedly revoked on 1 January 2001 because the authorising provision in the Electricity Industry (Residual Provisions) Act 1993, No. 130/1993 was repealed by section 15 of the Electricity Industry Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2000, No. 69/2000.
