Electricity Industry (Customer Contracts)

Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Customer
Contracts) Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after the period of 3 months beginning on gazettal day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity Industry (Customer
Contracts) Regulations 2005.

4.             Regulation 15 amended

(1) After regulation 15(2)(c) insert:

(ca) consumes more than 160 MWh of electricity in
any period of 12 months; or

(2)	In regulation 15(2) after each of paragraphs (a) and (b) insert:
