Electricity Industry (Caravan Park Fees and

Charges) Repeal Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Caravan Park
Fees and Charges) Repeal Regulations 2005.

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Electricity Industry (Caravan Park Operators) Exemption
Order 2005 comes into operation.

3.             Repeal

The Electricity Industry (Caravan Park Fees and Charges)
Regulations 2004 are repealed.
