I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 3 (1) of Schedule 6 to the Electricity Generator Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2012, make the following Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to omit the corporate name of an electricity generator (Macquarie Generation) from Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995. On the day on which this Proclamation takes effect that electricity generator is dissolved (see clause 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the Electricity Generator Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2012).
