the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 3 (1) of Schedule 6 to the
Electricity Generator Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2012, make the following

Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Electricity Generator Assets (Authorised Transactions)
Amendment (Dissolution of Delta Electricity) Proclamation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Energy Services Corporations Act 1995 No 95

Schedule 1 Energy services corporations

Omit “Delta Electricity” from Part 1.

Explanatory note
The object of this Proclamation is to omit the corporate name of an electricity generator (Delta Electricity)
from Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Energy Services Corporations Act 1995. On the day on which this
Proclamation takes effect that electricity generator is dissolved (see clause 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the
Electricity Generator Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2012).
