This regulation may be cited as the Electricity (Electrical Articles) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Electricity (Electrical Articles) Regulation1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 32 (Regulator may prohibit hire, sale or use of electrical articles if fire or other danger likely) 3. Section 32(1), ‘is likely to’— omit. insert— ‘may’. ˙ Amendment of s 34 (Prohibition on sale of second-hand electrical articles unless labelled) 4. Section 34— insert— ‘ (2) Subsection (1) only applies if the person is involved in the business of selling electrical articles.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Fees) 5. Schedule 2, part 1, division 1— omit, insert—
