Commencement Proclamation 2013

Made under the Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013 section 2(c) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

This proclamation is the Electricity Corporations Amendment
Act 2013 Commencement Proclamation 2013.

2.             Commencement

The Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013, other than Part 1, the heading to Part 2 and sections 3, 32, 33, 34 and 35, comes into operation on 1 January 2014.

Notes:  Under the Electricity Corporations (Competition Laws Authorisation) Repeal
Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other
than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the
Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013 section 6 comes into operation.
Under the Electricity Corporations (Consequential Amendments)
Regulations 2013 regulation 2(c), the provisions of those regulations, other
than regulations 1, 2 and 4(3), come into operation on the day on which the
Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013 section 6 comes into operation.

Under the Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on

which the Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013 section 6 comes into
operation.

Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013 Commencement

Proclamation 2013

Under the Electricity Corporations (Transitional) Regulations 2013
regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1
and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Electricity Corporations

Amendment Act 2013 section 6 comes into operation.

Under the Electricity Corporations Revocation Order 2013 clause 2(b), the
provisions of that order, other than clauses 1 and 2, come into operation on the
day on which the Electricity Corporations Amendment Act 2013 section 6
comes into operation.
