Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2004.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase the fees payable under the Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act 2004 in respect of model approval for electrical articles and for renewals, modifications and notices of change of particulars of model approvals.
The fee increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index (rounded to the nearest regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Electricity (Consumer Safety) Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2014.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2014 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
