Electricity Competition and Protection Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Competition and Protection Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2015 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 June 2016. (2) In this section— postponed law means an uncommenced provision of the ElectricityCompetitionandProtectionLegislationAmendment Act 2014 . Note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 1 July 2016. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 2 July 2016.
