The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Electricity and Water Act 1988.

Principal Regulations

1.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Electricity and Water Regulations.

Commencement

2.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Interest on unpaid charges

3.  Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “20%” and substituting “17%”.
