The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Electricity and Water Act 1988.

Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity and Water Regulations.

Interest on unpaid charges

2.  For the purposes of subsection 50 (5) of the Electricity and Water Act 1988, the prescribed rate of interest is 20% per annum.
