Electricity and Water (Amendment) Act 1990

An Act to amend the Electricity and Water Act 1988

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

Short title

1.  This Act may be cited as the Electricity and Water (Amendment) Act 1990.

Principal Act

2.  In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Electricity and Water Act 1988.1

Constitution

3.  Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “3” and substituting “6”.

Meetings

4.  Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (6) “3” and substituting “4”.
