I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity and Other Legislation (Amendment) Act 1991 do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1994 as the day on which Schedule 1 (10) to that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Electricity and Other Legislation (Amendment) Act 1991. Those provisions deal with the requirements with which certain electrical articles must comply if they are to be sold.
