Part 1 Electricity and Another Regulation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity and Another Regulation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2014, immediately after the NaturalResourcesandMinesLegislation(Fees)Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . Part 2 Amendment of Electricity Regulation 2006 3 Regulation amended This part amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. 4 Replacement of s 30AA (Prescribed credit amount for credit for electricity produced by small photovoltaic generators) Section 30AA— omit, insert — 30AA Prescribed credit amount for credit for electricity produced by small photovoltaic generators (1) For section 44A(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed credit amount for a small customer for a premises who, before 10 July 2012, lodged with a distribution entity a completed application to connect 1 qualifying generator at the premises to 2014 SL No. 94 Page 3

(2) A small customer mentioned in subsection (1) is a category 1 small customer . 5 Amendment of s 30AB (When a small customer stops being entitled to be credited with prescribed credit amount for a category 1 small customer) Section 30AB(4)— omit . 6 Insertion of new s 30AC Chapter 2, part 4— insert — 30AC Prescribed retail entity For section 92 of the Act, definition prescribed retail entity , the following entities are prescribed— (a) Ergon Energy Queensland Pty Ltd ACN 121 177 802; (b) the holder of special approval no. SA02/11 to the extent the holder provides customer retail services under the special approval. Editor’s note — On the commencement of this section, the holder of special approval no.
