s1 2 s5 Electricity Amendment (No. 6) No. 300, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 5A 3. Chapter 6— insert— ‘ PART 5A—OVERTIME PAYMENTS ˙ ‘ Overtime payments ‘ 326A.(1) This section applies to a GOE industry employee or AUSTA Energy Corporation employee who is employed— (a) by an employer declared by the Governor in Council; and (b) for a salary of more than the amount declared by the Governor in Council. ‘ (2) The working of overtime by the employee, and the rate at which payment for the overtime is paid, is in the employer’s discretion.’. ˙ Amendment of s 338 (Procedure of court) 4. Section 338(1), ‘ Industrial Relations Act 1990 ’— omit, insert— ‘ Workplace Relations Act 1997 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 345 (AUSTA Energy Corporation and QGC) 5. Section 345(3), before ‘expires’—
