Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 30V (Particular customers who are market customers) Section 30V— insert — ‘(d) the customer is classified, for deciding network charges applying to customers, by a distribution entity as an individually calculated customer or a connection asset customer, and the premises is in the Mount Isa–Cloncurry distribution region; or (e) the premises is connected to the 220kV supply network and is in the Mount Isa–Cloncurry distribution region. ‘(2) In this section— Mount Isa– Cloncurry distribution region means the parts of the local government areas of Mount Isa City Council, Cloncurry Shire Council, Burke Shire Council and Boulia Shire Council serviced by the supply network that, at the commencement of this definition, is owned by Ergon Energy and not connected to the national grid.’.
