This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 250 (Appointment of QETC as system control entity) 3. Section 250(3), ‘QTSC’— omit, insert — ‘Queensland Transitional Power Trading Corporation’. ˙ Amendment of s 267 (Application of this part) 4. Section 267(2)(e), ‘Queensland Transmission and Supply Corporation.’— omit, insert — ‘Queensland Transitional Power Trading Corporation.’. ˙ Amendment of s 327B (Restriction on engaging redundant employees) 5. Section 327B(2)(b)— omit, insert — ‘(b) is the number of weeks used to calculate the employee’s redundancy payment.’.
