Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2009 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2009 . 2 Commencement (1) Part 2 commences on 1 October 2009. (2) Part 3 commences on 1 November 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. Part 2 Amendments commencing on 1 October 2009 4 Amendment of s 155 (Testing of prescribed electrical equipment) Section 155(4), ‘item 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8’— omit, insert— ‘items 3 to 9’. 5 Amendment of sch 4 (Prescribed electrical equipment and relevant standards) (1) Schedule 4, part 1— Page 2 2009 SL No. 197
