Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. 3 Insertion of new s 30AA Chapter 2, part 3, after section 30— insert — ‘30AA Prescribed amount for credit for electricity produced by small photovoltaic generators ‘For section 44A(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed amount is as follows— (a) for a small customer for a premises who, before 10 July 2012, lodged with a distribution entity a completed application to connect 1 qualifying generator at the premises to its supply network—$0.44 for each kilowatt hour; (b) for a small customer for a premises who, after 9 July 2012, lodged with a distribution entity a completed application to connect 1 qualifying generator at the premises to its supply network—$0.08 for each kilowatt hour.’.
