s1 2 s6 Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003 No. 314, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994. 3 Omission of s 86 (Definition for pt 5) Section 86— omit . 4 Amendment of ch 3, pt 5, div 2, hdg (Restrictions in Ergon Energy distribution area (other than Mapoon and Torres Strait Islands)) Chapter 3, part 5, division 2, heading, ‘ (other than Mapoon and Torres Strait Islands) ’— omit. 5 Replacement of s 87 (Where restrictions apply) Section 87— omit, insert — ‘87 Where restrictions apply ‘The electricity restrictions in section 88 apply to electricity supplied by Ergon Energy in the localities mentioned in schedule 1 through its supply network.’. 6 Amendment of s 88 (Restrictions) (1) Section 88(1)(a)(i), ‘schedule 1, part 1’— omit, insert — ‘schedule 1’. (2) Section 88(2)— insert—
