Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006 . 4 Amendment of s 30V (Particular customers who are market customers) (1) Section 30V(1)— insert — ‘(f) both of the following apply— (i) the customer is, for the premises, a large customer and a business customer; (ii) the premises are located in the distribution area of Energex Limited ACN 078 849 055.’. (2) Section 30V(2)— insert — ‘ business customer means a customer other than a customer who receives electricity for domestic use.’.
