Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006 . 3 Amendment of s 155 (Testing of prescribed electrical equipment) Section 155(4), ‘or 5’— omit, insert ‘, 5, 6, 7 or 8’. 4 Insertion of new ss 165A and 165B After section 165— insert ‘165A Representations about digital television set-top boxes ‘A person must not represent that a digital television set-top box mentioned in schedule 4, part 2, item 6, is a high efficiency set-top box unless it complies with the high efficiency performance requirements for the item in section 3 of the relevant standard. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. ‘165B Representations about external power supplies ‘A person must not represent that an external power supply mentioned in schedule 4, part 2, item 7, is a high efficiency power supply unless it complies with the high efficiency performance requirements for the item in section 3 of the relevant standard.
