Energex means Energex Limited ACN 078 849 055. excluded service means a service to a customer by a distribution entity that, under the National Electricity Rules, QCA decides is an excluded service for customers. isolated feeder see the Electricity Industry Code, section 10.1.1. long rural feeder see the Electricity Industry Code, section 10.1.1. scheduled meter reading means the meter reading on a cycle, usually monthly or quarterly, that equates to the customer’s billing cycle. special meter reading means an actual meter reading that happens at a time other than the time of a scheduled meter reading. urban feeder see the Electricity Industry Code, section 10.1.1.’.
