s1 2 s3 Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 No. 50, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 4 (Prescribed electrical equipment and relevant standards) Schedule 4, part 2, item 1— omit, insert— ‘1 storage water heaters and heat exchange water heaters AS/NZS 4692—Electric water heaters, part 1 Energy consumption, performance and general requirements and part 2 Minimum energy performance standard (MEPS) requirements and energy labelling’.
