s1 2 s4 Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 No. 252, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of s 93 (Actual or estimated consumption of more than 0.1GWh) Section 93, heading— omit, insert — ‘93 Declaration as contestable customer ’. 4 Amendment of s 98 (Consideration of application) Section 98— insert — ‘(3A) Subsection (2)(b) does not apply if the application is for contestable customer certification starting on or after 1 July 2007.’.
