This regulation commences on 2 April 1999. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 326A (Overtime payments) 4. Section 326A(1), after ‘Corporation’— insert — ‘Limited ACN 078 848 781’. ˙ Amendment of s 327B (Restriction on engaging redundant employees) 5. Section 327B(1), after ‘Corporation’— insert — ‘Limited ACN 078 848 781’. ˙ Replacement of s 345 (Declarations) 6. Section 345— omit, insert —

s7 3 s7 Electricity Amendment (No. 2) No. 42, 1999 ‘ Declarations ‘ 345.(1) AUSTA Energy Corporation Limited ACN 078 848 781 is declared to be a State electricity entity for sections 256(2), 262 and 299 1 of the Act. ‘ (2) Queensland Transitional Power Trading Corporation is declared to be a State electricity entity for sections 256(2) and 299 of the Act.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 8 (Dictionary) 7.
