s1 2 s5 Electricity Amendment (No. 2) No. 221, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 351 (Repeals and orders in council) 4. Section 351(2)(a) and (b)— omit. ˙ Insertion of new s 351A 5. After section 351— insert— ˙ ‘ Approved industry superannuation scheme ‘ 351A. On and from 1 July 1995 the Electricity Supply Industry Superannuation Fund (Qld) is an approved industry superannuation scheme. 1 ’. 1 See the Act, section 261 (Declaration of approved industry superannuation scheme). The Fund was established by trust deed between Queensland Transmission and Supply Corporation, Queensland Generation Corporation and Electricity Supply Industry Superannuation (Qld) Ltd (ACN 069 634 439) on 16 June 1995. The trust deed may be inspected at the office of Electricity Supply Industry Superannuation (Qld) Ltd, Level 13, ANZ Centre, 324 Queen Street, Brisbane.
