Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. 4 Amendment of s 125A (Prescribed statement for residential customer accounts) Section 125A(2)— omit, insert — (2) The following statement, complying with subsections (3) and (4), is prescribed for the account— ‘Qld Competition Authority estimates the Federal carbon price and renewable energy target add about $240 a year to a typical 6.1MWh household bill— ENDNOTES 1 Made by the Governor in Council on 19 June 2014. 2 Notified on the Queensland legislation website on 20 June 2014. 3 The administering agency is the Department of Energy and Water Supply. © State of Queensland 2014 Authorised by the Parliamentary Counsel Page 2 2014 SL No. 118
