Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006 . 3 Insertion of new s 125A After section 125— insert — ‘125A Condition about prescribed statements in residential customer accounts ‘For section 55GA(5) of the Act, definition carbon and renewable energy target cost statement , the following statement is prescribed for an account issued by a retail entity to a residential customer during the financial year starting on 1 July 2012— ‘Qld Competition Authority estimates a 2012-13 carbon price impact on domestic tariff 11 as 2.4 c/kWh & economy tariffs 31 & 33 as 2.5 & 2.4 c/kWh— Editor’s note — The QCA’s estimate is contained in the document called ‘Carbon price impact for electricity—2012-13’ which is available for inspection at < ’.
