Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2011. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 2006. 4 Amendment of s 155 (Testing of prescribed electrical equipment) Section 155(4), ‘to 12’— omit, insert— ‘to 18’. 5 Amendment of sch 4 (Prescribed electrical equipment and relevant standards) (1) Schedule 4, part 1, item 4— omit, insert— ‘4 single-phase non-ducted AS/NZS 3823—Performance of household airconditioners and electrical appliances— heat pumps Airconditioners and heat pumps, part 2 Energy labelling and minimum energy performance standard (MEPS) requirements’.
