This regulation amends the Electricity Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 248 (Limits on obligation to provide customer retail services) 3. Section 248(1), ‘49(2)(a)’— omit, insert— ‘49(3)’. ˙ Amendment of s 248TB (More than 40 GWh in a consumption period) 4. Section 248TB(5), definition “total consumption” , ‘—the’— omit, insert— ‘—from the’. ˙ Amendment of s 248TD (Estimated future consumption more than 40 GWh) 5.(1) Section 248TD(2), after ‘section’— insert— ‘, the declaration only takes effect’.
