2 Electricity Amendment (No. 1) No. 10, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Electricity Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.110A 3. After section 110 (in Part 7)— insert— ‘Commission to make payment ‘110A.(1) It is a function of the Commission that, on or before 31 January 1994, the Commission must pay to the Consolidated Fund the amount of $95 000 000 out of funds derived from its operations. ‘(2) This section expires on 1 February 1994. ’ ˙ Repeals 4.
