s1 2 s3 Electricity Amendment (Postponement) Regulation No. 259, 2005 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2005 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 29 November 2006. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Electricity Amendment Act (No. 2) 2004 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 1 December 2006.
