This regulation may be cited as the Electricity Amendment (No. 3) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions 2.(1) In this section— “postponed law m ” eans the provisions of the Electricity Amendment Act(No. 3) 1997 that have not yet commenced. (2) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 4 December 1999. 1 ˙ Expiry 3.
