ELECTRICITY ACT 1945—REGULATION
(Prescribing an area to be included in Broken Hill Electricity's electricity

distribution district)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Electricity Act 1945, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Electricity (Savings, Transitional and Machine Provisions) Regulation 1993 is amended by inserting at the end of clause 4 the following paragraph:

•	the balance of the unincorporated area, except for such
that area as were, immediately before 1 Jul y 1994, within: of
(a)	Western Land Portions WL 3486, WL 3487 and WL 3488 in the County of Fitzgerald; and
(b)	the County of Ularara (Western Lands Portions WL 1056, WL 1059, WL 1062, WL 1063 and WL 3069 excepted); and

(c) the Counties of Delalah and Thoulcanna,

is prescribed as being included in the electricity distribution

district of Broken Hill Electricity.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to incorporate, with certain exceptions, the balance of the unincorporated area in the electricity distribution district of Broken Hill Electricity. (The unincorporated area consists of those parts of New South Wales that are not within a local government area.)

This Regulation is made under the Electricity Act 1945, including sections 6 (2)

and 37.
