ELECTRICITY ACT 1945—PROCLAMATION
NEW SOUTH WALES
[Published in Gazette No. 118 of 27 September 1995] (L.S.) P. R. SINCLAIR, Governor.
I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 6A of the Electricity Act 1945, do, by this my Proclamation:
(a)
dissolve each electricity distributor whose name is listed in Schedule 7 to that Act by removing its name and dstribution district from that Schedule; and
(b)
create each electricity distributor whose name and distribution district are listed in the Schedule to this Proclamation by inserting that name and distribution district in Schedule 7 to that Act,
as from 1 October 1995.
