This part amends the Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2024.

(1)If the entry in schedule 1 for a code of practice states that the code of practice has been amended by a ministerial instrument stated in the entry—(a)the code of practice was amended by the ministerial instrument stated in the entry; and(b)the inclusion of the amendment in schedule 1 is notice, for section 44(2) of the Act, that the ministerial instrument stated in the entry amending the code of practice has been made by the Minister.(2)The date stated in schedule 1, column 2 for the amendment of a code of practice is included for information purposes only.Note—
See section 44(4) of the Act for the commencement of an instrument amending a code of practice.
