Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This notice commences on 1 January 2010. 3 Notice amended This notice amends the Electrical Safety (Codes of Practice) Notice 2002 . 4 Amendment of s 2 (Making of codes of practice—sch 1) Section 2(2)— omit, insert ‘(2) The information in schedule 1, column 2 is included for information purposes only. Note in relation to schedule 1, column 2 Under section 44(5) of the Act, a code of practice made under section 44 of the Act expires 10 years after its commencement.’. 5 Replacement of s 3 (Amended codes of practice—sch 2) Section 3— omit, insert ‘3 Amended codes of practice—sch 2 ‘(1) Each code of practice mentioned in schedule 2 has been amended. ‘(2) The instrument that under schedule 2 amends the code of practice has been made.’. 6 Replacement of s 4 (Repealed codes of practice—sch 3) Section 4— Page 2 2009 SL No. 318
