Electrical Safety and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electrical Safety and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2012 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 4 April 2013. (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Electrical Safety and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2011 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 5 April 2013. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 6 April 2013.
