Electrical Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electrical Safety Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Electrical Safety Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (External licences and electrical work licence equivalents) (1) Schedule 1, entry for New South Wales, first and second dot points— omit, insert— ‘• Contractor licence endorsed ‘electrical wiring work (electrician)’ • Qualified supervisor certificate—electrical wiring work (electrician) electrical mechanic licence electrical mechanic licence’. (2) Schedule 1, entry for Western Australia— insert— ‘• Electrical workers’ licence endorsed ‘electrician’ • Electrician’s licence endorsed ‘electrical fitter’ • Electrician’s licence that is not endorsed ‘electrical fitter’ electrical mechanic licence electrical fitter licence electrical mechanic licence’.
