The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Electoral Act 1992.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Electoral Regulations.

Insertion

3.  Before regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted in Part II:

Prescribed organisations—ballots

“3A.  For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (h) of the Act, ACG Super Pty Ltd is a prescribed organisation.”.

Remuneration

4.  Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (2).

Repeal

5.  Part III of the Principal Regulations is repealed.
