This Act commences on a day to be appointed by proclamation.

Insert after section 50—

50AProhibition on political donations in cash that exceed $100(1)

It is unlawful for a person to make a political donation in cash that exceeds the value of $100.

It is unlawful for a person to accept a political donation in cash that exceeds the value of $100.
