1 Name of Notice
This Notice is the Electoral Funding (Adjustable Amounts) (Administrative and New
Party Policy Development Funding) Notice 2019.
2 Definition
In this Notice—
the Act means the Electoral Funding Act 2018.
3 Annual adjustment for inflation
For the purposes of clause 5(6) of Schedule 1 to the Act, the adjustable amounts that are to apply for a calendar year set out in Schedule 1 are the amounts specified in that Schedule.
