All that piece or parcel of land situate in the County of Stanley~ parish of North Brisbane and city of Brisbane, containing by admeasurement ninety-six acres and ten perches, be the same more or- less, being portion 324, and commencing at the intersection of the west side of Bowen Bridge road with the south side of Herston road, and bounded thence by the former road south and south-easterly to Gregory terrace; by the north-west side of that terrace south-westerly to the east corner of portion ninety-four; by that portion bearing three hundred and forty-three degrees fifty-four minutes twenty seconds five- chains fifty-one links and nine-tenths of a link, and two hundred and fifty-five degrees four chains six links; by a road bearing three hundred and forty-four degrees twenty-three minutes about one chain to the south-eastern side of the Exhibition Branch Railway; by that railway north-easterly to a point bearing one hundred and fifty-nine degrees. fifty-eight minutes from the east corner of portion 324A; by a line crossing the railway to that corner; by that portion bearing three hundred and thirty-nine degrees fIfty-eight minutes thirty-five chains eighty-four links and one-half of a link to Her8ton road; by that road easterly to Wyndham 'street; by that street and Weightman street north-easterly to Bramston terrace; by that terrace south-easterly again to Herston road; and thence by that road easterly to the point of commencement; exclusive of eleven acres and seven perches for a. railway and part of Herston road. [ASSENTED TO 14TH OCTOBER, 1922.], B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,. by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title &c. 1. This Act may be cited as "The Eler.toral Districts Act of 1922," and shall be read as one with *" The Electoral Districts Act of 1910," herein referred to as the Principal Act. * 1 QeD. V.
